To confirm the minutes of the 43rd HKIYA Annual General Meeting held on 20th December 2015.
To receive and adopt the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts for the year of 2015/2016.
To elect General Council Members and Chairperson in accordance with Articles 36 & 37 (c) of the Memorandum & Articles of the Association for the Year of 2017.
To appoint the Auditor of the Association under Article 60 of the Memorandum & Articles of the Association for the Year 2016/2017.
